Darcy Falk's stitched textile collages are a visual feast of exuberance and passion. A riot of color, fabric, stitchery and magic, her gallery-quality art quilts treat the subjects of domesticity, divinity and rite of passage with wit, style and craftsmanship.
 
Darcy’s work has been shown at galleries and artspaces across the U.S. and overseas. Her essays have also been published nationally in publications like Fiberarts and Threads magazines. Falk regularly teaches workshops and opens her workspace to the public.

Carol Soderlund maintains an active teaching schedule throughout the United States and in Canada, teaching her color mixing techniques at ProChemical & Dye in Massachusetts and Nancy Crow’s Timber Frame Barn in Ohio. Her award-winning quilts have been exhibited nationally and internationally in such venues as Visions, Husqvarna Viking Masterpieces touring Exhibition.
For Carol, the ability to dye any color and the increased understanding of the interaction of colors opens the door to spontaneity and intuitive use of color in her work.  It is this joyful key to color she hopes to give her students. 

Melanie Testa is a textile/surface design artist, trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology who exhibits both locally and nationally. Her work has been has been seen in many nationally renowned shows, invitationals and museums, including Quilt National ’07, The Slater Memorial Museum, New England Quilt Art Museum, Art Quilts at Amherst, Sacred Threads and the American Quilt Society. Articles have been published in Quilting Arts, the Studio Art Quilt Assocition's trade journal, and she been featured in an article by The Professional Quilter.

For Melanie creating art is a form of meditation where the heart, mind and body center to meet the world around her. In this way color, light, imagery celebrate and enhance daily life.

Kathyanne White Kathyanne White is a contemporary artist with a passion for fiber.  White’s work is in public and private collections including: the Museum of Arts and Design, the American Folk Art Museum and the Archives of American Art of the Smithsonian Institution.  Her publications include: Fiber Arts, American Style, Art Business News, Fiber Arts Design Book #7, and Quilting Arts.  In 2007 Kathyanne received the first place award in Yosemite Renaissance XXII at the Yosemite Museum. White has taught internationally for over 20 years. 

Barb Wills developed a love of experimentation, lines and multiple layered circuitry and structures. She traveled and worked extensively in Europe and Asia and brings Asian aesthetics, imagery and colors into her art. She left Motorola in 2003 to pursue her passion for artistic creation and discovery.

Since becoming a full time artist, Barb has exhibited in international juried and invitational exhibitions, including the Korean Craft Biennial, Textiles of the 21st Century, Quilt National and Fiberart International. Her work is published in several books and catalogs. In May 2007, she received the Lynn Goodwin Bergman award for Surface Design for her entry in Quilt National.

Joanne Tallarovic holds a BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art in Weaving and Textile Design, 1967.  She continues to weave, teach, and research, first as a rug weaver, then devoted the last 26 years discovering the magic of Swedish ripsmatta (or Scandinavian rep weave), pushing its limits and she’s not done yet.  Joanne taught weaving at Baldwin Wallace College, in Berea, Ohio, and Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.  She exhibits, lectures, and teaches workshops nationally.  She participated in the first International weaving class in Glimakra, Sweden, and opened the first Glimakra Weaving Center in Rocky River, Ohio in 1978.
