But Oh So Happy!

A little more than three years ago, I dyed fabric on my knees, leaning over my bathtub in an apartment. Now I have my fabulous basement and I couldn't be happier!
I used to worry about dyeing the grout, no more! Now I just plain dye when I want to! As soon as we moved in we installed a slop sink, and we moved into the basement with the idea that it be my dye studio. So we most certainly have storage items down there, but we keep a large segment of the area clean and ready for my use.

Here you can see bit of a fabric I worked on today! I love it!
The colors are quite bold. I have no idea what I will do with it, it was inspired by a painting I did in my journal last week. I just wanted to see if I could recreate something from my journal in fabric. Yup, no prob.
That's a really swell design you've got going there. I can see the Christo influence in the orange. Great colour combo! Can't wait to see what you make out of it.

Aaarrgggh. We do what we have to do, right?
