I've noticed a general slow down not only blogging but in bloggy comments. Is it the time of year, the weather or stars? I don't know.

I just trust that it will work itself out.

Hey, this is my first visit--love the hula fairies! There's nothing creative on my blog at the moment, but I hope to change that soon! But do visit my blog if you'd like to see the photos my daughter took when we attended the American Idol concert recently!

I Have you on my bloglines and always enjoys your posts. I am not good about commenting. Maybe you could get a counter to see how many people stop by? I know that most never comment. Don't be sad:) Love your tryptich.

According to Bloglines, which is how I stumbled across your blog, you have 28 subscribers through them alone. So, you know you have at least that many reading, even if like me, they are better at lurking and admiring, than commenting.

I wonder if part of the problem is that, since it's summer, people are out doing other things? I follow your blog on a weekly basis, but I've been out weeding my posies for the last month. :)

I do read your blog as it is part of my blogroll. I have so many on my list now that I tend to dash through them. It's time to stop and say hello.

I DO read your blog, just figure I don't have much to say. Your life sounds so much more interesting than living in rural Mississippi with 3 daughters, a husband, and a dog.

I did want to get in touch with you though, to find out when you'll be moving; I still have something to send you (it's been so long. . . ), let me know where/when to send it so it'll get to you! Also: I'm trying your steel and vinegar in a bucket trick, just started it yesterday. Whee!

Oh my goodness! I have been trying to comment for more than a week now - well actually since June 13th yet I keep getting this message that blocks the comment and says "objectionable content". What is objectionable about a message that says ‘you are amazing’ – I don’t know. Do you have an objection to compliments? ?
In any case I am glad I got through and wanted you to know that I have been reading even if I cannot always comment.

Hi! I will come out of hiding as a lurker just to let you know that you are an amazing artist. I love the way you create depth in your work with layers. Please write a book! Like Robin, I am not commenting just because you are giving a prize. I am afraid that if I commented on every blog posting, you all on the list would ban me and I would miss being so inspired by you. I'll comment! I like the hula faries, and I'm not saying that because you are giving fabric away. They really are unique. I know what you mean about the comments. I receintly stopped blogging and since I restarted, my traffic just hasn't been the same. Oh well.
