Have at it again.

Yesterday, snow and all, I decided to make bread. This time, no refridgeration, I made the poolish Sunday morning, made the dough in the evening, baked it off this morning. Nice crumb, huh?
I used three cups white wheat flour, two all purpose white. It made five loaves, So I gave two away, froze one and kept two out.
I might try making french toast in the morning.
