Have at it again.

Yesterday, snow and all, I decided to make bread. This time, no refridgeration, I made the poolish Sunday morning, made the dough in the evening, baked it off this morning. Nice crumb, huh?
I used three cups white wheat flour, two all purpose white. It made five loaves, So I gave two away, froze one and kept two out.
I might try making french toast in the morning.

It truly looks delish, should make great french toast. i'm going to try the white wheat flour asap. How was it to work with?
