I think Monkey is the proprietor of a traveling Freak Show. I think his placard needs to be tricked out to explain the nature of his show.

And because I do not like Rat Fink and his nasty ways, I sewed a 'wow' over his crotch.

Nadia, I am not sure where the fabric came from. Originally it was a pillow. A friend took it apart to repurpose the square and gave that to me.
