I work from home now and recently bought a pair of PJs. I was always a nightgown gal but this outfit of black flannel printed with tiny pink roses makes me feel like Office Ninja. No longer night clothes, they are my daily duds.
LOL!!! I love your robe. As I sit here in my pj's and thinking of making a pattern off of them. My 80 year old aunt calls days like today "All Slobs Day" of which she is Queen. She reigns proudly in her pink fluffy robe and slippers.
I've been wearing my pj's a lot more often this year, I've noticed. Last Sunday I stayed in them until 3PM, hardly worth getting dressed but we were going out.
Love your comfy short hairdo. Very flattering! Are you planning to keep it or let it grow out? I have been doing somewhat the opposite this winter (but really the same principal): sleeping in comfy knit day clothes, so essentially, I'm always dressed. I just layer it up. (And of course, wash them as needed.)
A great day is showering late in the afternoon and changing from one pair of PJs to a clean pair! Why is it so much easier to be creative and productive in PJs?
Love the pj's I often wonder when we're in the RV in the winter who invented changing out of lovely warm day clothes to put freezing nightwear on. Now I have a fleece animal print night shirt Xmas present from DD 1, wonderful.
Melanie - you look great. You've got way more hair than I do at the nonce - strange that my hair is coming in CURLY! I, too, find myself still in my jammies at 4:00pm in the afternoon. Great way to go as far as I am concerned. btw, did you get my email sent on 1/05 - just making sure it got to you.
Love what you are doing at the nonce - go with the flo and the Kakishibu I mentioned in email, makes wonderful strong stencils if applied as coating to the stencil.
